Is this really one-time payment, or is there a renewal fee?

Standard WordPress hosting is sufficient up to 10,000 listings on most plans. For 30,000+ listings, we recommend a hosting plan with at least 4GB of RAM and PHP 8.0+. The 50,000-listing demo runs on a $40/month managed WordPress plan.
Where does the listing data come from?
Three options inside the setup wizard: upload your own CSV/XLSX, use the demo data set (100 listings) to test, or scrape Google Maps directly through the integrated Outscraper connection. Outscraper charges separately and transparently — $0.60 per 100 listings, $300 for 50,000.
Is the keyword tracker really free?
Yes. It pulls data from Google Search Console (free for any GSC-connected site). There's no Ahrefs API, no Semrush subscription, no DataForSEO bill. The opportunity scoring and cannibalization detection are calculated on top of free GSC data.
Is this a marketplace plugin or a directory plugin?
Strictly a business directory plugin. TurnKey is purpose-built for business directories — not marketplaces, classifieds, booking platforms, or job boards. That focus is why every feature is dialed in for what directory operators actually need.

Will joining the Network Hub get my site penalized by Google?
No — the Network Hub is designed specifically to avoid PBN footprint. Links are niche-isolated (no cross-niche linking), curated through verification gates (no spam directories can join), heartbeat-monitored (inactive directories auto-removed), and editorial in nature (a curated /partners/ page, not site-wide footer dumps).
Google's spam systems flag networks with no quality control, dense interlinking, or off-topic links — none of which apply here.
Is the Network Hub mandatory?
No. It's opt-in. You can join, leave, or never participate. The plugin works fully without it. It's available as a feature on the Growth tier and above.
